Yoven Armoogum is an architect and project manager with over 15 years of experience in the design, coordination, and execution of architectural projects in France and internationally. His career is defined by a dual background\u2014spanning both the design studio and the construction site\u2014enabling him to approach every project with a comprehensive, rigorous, and pragmatic vision.<\/p>\n
Trained at the Strasbourg School of Architecture and complemented by technical training in multi-disciplinary engineering (TCE), Yoven built his expertise at renowned firms such as AREP. There, he worked on large-scale projects involving railway stations, intermodal hubs, and public spaces, overseeing everything from the initial sketch phase to final project handover. He also contributed to major international projects, such as the Doha Metro, acting as a liaison between the client, design teams, and industrial partners.<\/p>\n
Concurrently, he has managed and developed his own business as a general contractor and independent project manager, leading projects ranging from villas and hotels to high-end renovations, extensions, and commercial spaces. He maintains full control over costs, schedules, regulatory standards, and administrative approvals, including building permits.<\/p>\n
Now a partner at Creative Colours in Mauritius, Yoven applies his architectural expertise to projects where architecture, interior design, and a sense of place interact harmoniously.
